All appraisal management firms and their respective BPO products are available as choices in the FirstClose platform for our customers’ convenience and flexibility. In concert with appraisal management companies like First American eAppraiseIt, Fidelity, and Realin/Ziao, FirstClose provides lenders with the ability to order a wide variety of BPOs at the click of a button.

BPO Products & Services
Our BPO vendor partners offer two distinct BPO products: a 3 Comp BPO and a standard 3 Comp/3 Listing BPO. Comp photos are provided on all reports if available via MLS. Both BPO report formats are available in 5 day or 2 day turn times. If ordered as such, they can include interior inspections. Additionally, property inspection and post disaster inspection reports are available through our BPO vendor partners.

BPO 3 Comp
Most commonly used for home equity lending or as a wholesale review alternative depending on the loan file credit risk rating. Offered as either an exterior or interior product. Includes MLS photos if available
2 or 5 calendar day turn time.

BPO (3 Comp/3 Listing)
Traditional style BPO provides 3 sold comps and 3 listings for the subject property. Used for home equity lending, quality assurance, and loan servicing. Offered as either an exterior or interior product.
