FirstClose - Announces Hiring Lynda Bishop as E.V.P. of Sales and Marketing
Austin , Texas , January 9, 2006 - FirstClose, a service of First Lenders Data, Inc. (FLDI) , an Austin, Texas-based provider of bundled mortgage settlement services, announced today that it has hired Lynda Bishop as its Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ms. Bishop comes to FirstClose with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and business development experience.
Most recently, Ms. Bishop served as Vice President for Nationwide Total Flood and Tax Services where she oversaw all sales and marketing efforts for resellers and direct customers ordering flood zone determinations, tax services, credit reports, AVMs and appraisals, title services, lien reports, closing services, and a myriad of mortgage settlement services. Prior to serving as Vice President for Nationwide, Ms. Bishop was the National Director of Sales for Determination Processing Services, Inc. (DPSI) where she oversaw sales activities for flood zone determination services and bundled mortgage settlement services.
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FLDI, Ms. Bishop will be responsible for introducing the FirstClose platform and its benefits to the mortgage lending, banking, and credit union communities. She will also become heavily involved with national sales and marketing campaigns, advertising, trade shows, symposiums, strategic partners, direct customers, and training and educating existing and future sales agents and resellers on FirstClose advantages.
