(FLDI), an Austin, Texas-based provider of bundled mortgage settlement services, announced today that it is running a contest to attract and hire “the most successful sales people on the planet” through a new partnership with Close That Deal, LLC.
Inspired by the hit series “House” starring Hugh Laurie and “The Apprentice” with Donald Trump, the company will run a 6 month contest where contestants will compete for a permanent position with First Lenders Data, Inc. The title of the awarded job will be National Account Executive and perks will include a very large base salary, an aggressive sales commission plan, full medical and dental benefits, participation in the company’s 401k, profit sharing, paid vacations, bonuses, and more.
The contestant with the most sales margin at the end of the 6 month period will earn the highly sought after position. All contestants will receive an enormous sales commission percentage for any sales made during the contest. Executives at the company have indicated that if the program is as successful as anticipated, it may hire multiple sales executives and use the program ongoing to fill other positions within the company.
