PushTechnology – With Push Technology, you have the ability to order services from any national or local provider and eliminate front end duplicate data entry.  Although reports and data are returned within the FirstClose web based application, data is not returned to your Appro System.

Push & Pull Technology – This technology is currently available for Flood, AVM, and Title services.  As the name suggests, orders are placed within Appro's Loan Center without the user leaving the system and the results from the reports are automatically pulled back into the appropriate Appro fields.  In addition to pdf copies of the reports made available through your Appro Image Viewer, data returned to your Appro system includes;  AVM Data - Estimated Values to automatically calculate LTV and CLTV with no human intervention, confidence scores, etc.  Flood Data – Zone Information and FEMA Flood Map Panel Data  Title Data – Full Legal Descriptions and Vested Owner Information from Limited Title Searches, Property   Reports, Owners and Encumbrance Reports, and Legal and Vesting Reports, as well as Alternatives to Title Reports such as Equiguard, HELP, and Mortgage Loan Reports.
